Monday Is Community Night at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram
Join us on Monday nights at 6:30 PM, as the Shambhava Sangha (spiritual community) gathers at Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram’s Meditation Dome for an evening of chanting and meditation. The chanting is easy to follow and filled with a wonderful, intoxicating Shakti (meditative energy).
Newcomers are invited to arrive early (by 6:00 p.m.) in order to learn a little about the program. There is always an introductory meditation class offered to help newcomers learn simple meditation techniques followed by a question and answer period. We do ask that visitors respect our tradition by wearing skirts or slacks, no shorts or t-shirts please!
The Shambhava community has hosted the Monday evening meditations for more than 30 years, and we invite you to join us. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
