Beginning Hatha Yoga, $60

Tuesday evenings, 7 – 8:30 pm

September 21 – October 26.

Great for beginners and others seeking a solid foundation for learning Hatha Yoga.

Learning to Meditate, $60

Thursday evenings, 5:30 – 6:30 pm

September 23 – October 28

For those who want to build the foundation for a meditation practice.  No experience needed.  Learn to meditate for the rest of your life.

Meditating for Your Life, a special 8 week class, $105

Tuesdays, 6:30 -7:30 pm

September 21-Nov 9.

Materials included in the price are four 30 min. guided meditations on CD and an instruction booklet/journal.

Our Level 3 Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training  begins Sept. 25 and runs thru  Dec. 19. 

Classes meet on 11 Saturdays from 12:30 – 5:30 pm.  We skip Saturday, November 6 and Saturday, November 27.   The cost is $540.

Our 60 hour level 3 requires only that you have completed your 200 hr. Level 1 Yoga Alliance approved teacher training.  It focuses on shoulders and the upper back.  It provides teaching skills for students with different learning styles and therapeutic yoga applications for the shoulder and the neck.

Join us Friday, September 10 & 24, the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, from 7 – 8:30 pm in the Lotus Dome for wonderful, lively sacred chants.  A great way to start your weekend!  All are welcome!  Bring your dancing feet!

We are including a free  Yoga Class in the Lotus Dome from 5:45 – 6:45 before the Kirtan begins.

Come for one or both.  Both by donation.
