Kirtan with Shiva’s Garden
Shiva’s Garden Kirtan (sacred chants) is a revered practice on the path of Bhakti Yoga (the Yoga of Devotion). The chants use Sanskrit mantras in combination with uplifting, beautiful music to guide practitioners toward realization of their own Divine nature.
By chanting the many names of the Divine with love and devotion we fully open our hearts and experience pure grace.
There are some artists who who awaken us to our own innermost Selves, and Shiva’s Garden is a group who does that. As the subtle energy of their expression permeates our hearts, a sense of delight and wonder begins to reveal itself from within.
We have a 30 min. Kirtan with Shiva’s Garden live every Monday at 6:30 pm at Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation as well as a satsang (questions and answers) with a senior teacher after meditation.
Please note that we have a newcomers class from 6:30 -7:30 pm; thus the first time you come to our Monday Community Night you will attend that class and join the entire group at 7:30 for satsang.
