Monday Is Community Night at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram

eldo-intensive_panorama Join us on Monday nights at 6:30 PM, as the Shambhava Sangha (spiritual community) gathers at Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram’s Meditation Dome for an evening of chanting, meditation and satsang (questions and answers). The chanting is easy to follow and filled with a wonderful, intoxicating Shakti (meditative energy).

During their first visit to the ashram newcomers have the opportunity to learn about our tradition. We wear modest and clean clothing that reflects our best. Please, no shorts, sweat pants, jeans, or sweat suits.

The Shambhava community has hosted the Monday evening meditations for more than 30 years, and we invite you to join us. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
