Meditation Coaching

This program has evolved from students’ desires for individualized support in their efforts to deepen their meditation practice. With Shri Shambhavananda’s support, we are offering individual tutorials of five coaching sessions.

Guidelines for the program are as follows:

You may sign up for coaching if you have taken our 6 week Beginning Meditation class and/or if you are an established sangha member and/or with Shri Shambhavananda’s permission or with permission of the instructors.

Coaching will usually consist of five 1 hour sessions. Day, time and meeting place to be determined by instructor and student.

We use the following tools as a framework for the sessions:

  • 1. Individual assessment
  • 2. Homework
  • 3. Readings and talks
  • 4. Feedback

Our aim with this program is to help you take the next step in your meditation practice.
